Anthony Salotto, CFP®, EA
Founder and Principal Advisor
Anthony’s interest in personal finance developed long before he became a professional financial advisor. Initially, he drew on his financial knowledge to take care of his family, but over time, he found that friends, employees, and even managers were seeking his informal advice. Anthony gained such satisfaction in helping others that he decided to turn his calling into a career. Today, as founder of Delphinus Financial Advisors, he helps individuals, couples, and families achieve financial clarity and direction on a daily basis while enjoying another of his long-held passions—that of owning and growing his own business.
Anthony started his working life in software development and management, where for 20 years he led and managed multinational software technology teams. He derived great satisfaction in helping employees achieve their career goals—a leadership skill that seamlessly translated into his work as a financial advisor. At Delphinus Financial Advisors, Anthony continues his family's long tradition of teaching and serving others, specifically by helping clients understand and maximize their wealth opportunities. And he draws on his expertise in finances, investments, and taxes to provide comprehensive solutions to resolve clients’ concerns and achieve their goals. His most satisfying career moments come from the many thank-you cards and emails he receives from clients, for it is then that he knows that he is really making an impact in people’s lives.
When not in the office, Anthony is passionate (and competitive) about skiing, sailing, and running. True to his passion for personal finance, he teaches for Boston University’s CFP® education program, and volunteers to speak to graduating college seniors on how to get started financially. He and his wife, Lori, live in Norton, Massachusetts, where they raised two children, Stacey and Ross.
